# How do I create a questionnaire/satisfaction bubble using quick replies?

I would like to ask my users if they are happy with the quality of the answers the chatbot gave them. How can I use the quick replies bubble to make this questionnaire ?

Hello,

To measure satisfaction, you can use quick replies with notes like below :

You can also use 👎 and 👍

You can then design your quick replies to be smaller so that they look close to another. To do that, click on the text and select Adaptive as the size of your quick replies
