# Trooubleshooting Campaign not responding

If your campaigns are not working, before contacting support, please check the following points :

1- Go to your connected post(s)

2- Make sure you are commenting as yourself and not the page.

Comments from the page on its post are blocked.

3- Write a comment.

4- Wait 10-20 seconds and **refresh** the page to see public comments and reactions.
