How do I hand off from chat bot to live chat? I want someone to be abvle to click on a button and then connect to the live chat.
I followed an article but it didn’t work so wonder if there is a video to cover this.
I’ve made do at the moment by linking a button to the live chaqt url. Ideally I wanted to hand over to live cht in the poriginal window.
