I want to insert a specific picture as the background of my chatbot.

To change the design of your web bot, you need to go to the Publish section > Design personalization >

Then click on the background, it opens the options related to it on the right. You can upload the background image you want.

In this section, just select any element to change it. You will be able to personalize your whole design.
