How to collect visitor's name and email address in chatbot?

When a visitor starts first chat discussion, we intend to collect name and email address. Also, we intend to then have this send over to our CRM system, such as vTiger.

We have Pabbly Connect, KonnectzIT, and ActivePieces among our integration toolset (we don’t use Zapier due to it being quite expensive).

How to achieve both these tasks?
