How to create a member in Ideta?

Hello,
To create a member, I always have this message Unable to add a member,
I watched your video Overview of our workspace - YouTube
I put Rdv+e-mail or Rdv/e-mail or Rdv/iD But I can’t create a member? How to solve this case?

Hi,
In order to add somebody to your workspace the person you want to invite needs to create an Ideta account first. Then you just need to enter his/her email address (you don’t need to add anything else).
