In order to integrate to Audiocodes, you need to go to Publish (in the sidebar on the left) then select the Audiocodes channel :
You’ll find the Bot name, Bot url and Bot token requested by the Ideta integration in Audiocodes.
Make sure the bot is published for it to work.

Then you can go to AudioCodes Live Hub, login and then click on “add new bot”.
Then select AudioCodes Bot API or the Ideta integration :
Then copy the information from the Ideta platform to the Bot details
Then select the right Bot settings for you :
Then you can go to Numbers in the sidebar and click “Add a new phone number” :
Finally go to Routing to set up a routing rule for inbound traffic :
That’s it, your callbot is active !
