How do I allow users to send attachments on my bot?

I need to manage attachments during my quote process on my bot.

I saw that I can manage attachments in the “Advanced” area in the settings tab, but I don’t have the attachment icon in the input bar after I publish. Though, I have it when I am in the test tab.

First, you will need to activate the “Authorize Attachments” option. To do this, go to the Publish tab then click on Design Personalization :

Then click on the input bar below to display the options, then click on “Authorize Attachments” :
