Sometimes, you want to send “support messages”. These are messages you send so often, you would rather not type them every time.
But you want the user to still be able to answer to the question without reactivating the bot.
To do that, you can turn a bot bubble into “support messages”.
Just click on the gearbox :
and activate Support Messages :
You can find them easily here afterwards :
and then toggle “Support Messages” :
To create the bubble in the first place, click on “New bubble” and select “text” :
