Can we create a keyword that can trigger the chatbot at anytime - but without using any AI LLM?

In order to use keyword, you can go to the Edit section. Then click on New bubble.

Then select Keyword detection :

Then you can set up the keyword behaviour you want :

If you wanted to do the same thing with AI, you should be checking function calling.

Then you can place that bubble before your AI bubble so that any text user goes through keyword detection before anything else.
