I have appointment details saved in data keys (ex : type of appointment, type of problem, etc). When a customer fills in the questions in my bot, I want to send an email to myself with their answers.
How do I do this ?
In order to send email notifications with data keys (your customers’ answers), there are 4 simple steps to follow :

Hover over a bubble and select the lightning icon :

Add a background action :

Select “send an email” :

Enter your sender’s and receiver’s email addresses, a title and the content. Click on data keys to add one :
